In response of a challenge to promote reading on an accessible and “more interesting” way, the concept of the app “Book Nook” was concieved, bringing users a way to take notes and share their thoughts on a particular section of a book’s narrative. These same notes can be either kept to the user or shared with others, incorporating some social media aspects onto the app (1).
